It's been a harrowing summer.  Our gear has been battered and stressed to it limits by intense fishing, strong currents and other problems.  But the Wavechasers team just finished the third cruise of the summer - this one on a Taiwanese vessel - sailing into the teeth of Super Typhoon Nanmado to safely recover the last five moorings.  Today they finished packing up all of the equipment, stuffing it into four shipping containers (2 20' and 2 40') for shipping home.  They'll be home tomorrow.
